The Hamburg Doctors' Orchestra was founded 60 years ago. It is a non-profit association that performs benefit concerts in Germany and other European countries.
Furthermore, for some years the orchestra has been holding successful concerts in the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, the new and majestic hall that stands out over the Elbe river, performing in favor of the association that takes care of terminally ill patients.
The elements of the orchestra, made up of doctors, paramedics and related activities, although not professionals, play with enthusiasm and passion for music. On this occasion the orchestra will be supported by students and some professionals.
The participation of the Fano soloist Eros Sabbatani, tuba professor at the Pesaro Conservatory, has already proved to be very successful in previous concerts in Germany. It's an excellent collaboration, a musical symbiosis that has won over audiences and musicians.
