1° Day of Civic Education

The first city in Italy to celebrate civic education. "A moment marked by the desire to put the way of living the community around a common interest at the center", explains the Councillor Barbara Brunori who promoted the organization of this initiative. In fact, the idea of being the first in Italy to constitute a Day connected to civic education was born from a careful reading of Law 92/2019 that established Civic Education as an autonomous discipline and transversal to all school subjects. It is no coincidence that civic education contributes to forming responsible and active citizens and to promoting full and conscious participation in the cultural and social civic life of communities, respecting the rules, rights and duties".
