MARIA RISORTA- The leading role of women in Fano’s seafaring (first draft)

students and students of the Nolfi-Apolloni and Torelli High Schools (section of Pergola) within the Festa del Mare
The aim of the project is to get to know the female community linked to the history of Fano’s seafaring, highlighting it through a shared analysis, historical documents, oral testimonies, suggestions and literary texts, one of them is the Maria Risorta by Giulio Grimaldi, a true masterpiece of local realism. A wide view built with a design laboratory involving students, students and teachers of the Nolfi-Apolloni and Torelli High Schools (Fano-Pergola) in several actions: research and collection documentation, drama workshops and theater laboratories, in a path that will stage at the Teatro della Fortuna the complete opera in the spring of next year.
The intermediate stage designed for a first summer restitution within the 64th Festa del Mare, will stage the first draft of the theatrical comedy the "Maria Risorta" outdoors, at sunset in the beautiful space of the Darsena Borghese of Fano.
