Course that focuses on culture as a story, book, reading until you reach the most bodily part of the immense yoga world, that is, the asanas translated into positions, postures. The fable with the aim of teaching or making people think and reflect by touching morality and the world of values literally creates the passages of history through one's own body, re-proposing the figures that are part of it, animals, elements of the nature, actions, giving the body coordination, flexibility, resistance and balance, increasing willpower and connection with one's body, respect and self-esteem.
